Paaz is more than an app blocker. It's a tool to help you build healthier digital habits. Instead of punishing you with instant restrictions, Paaz lets you plan your usage and gradually reduce screen time at your own pace. Set schedules, define usage budgets, and let Paaz help you stick to boundaries you set for yourself.
When you create a schedule, you can set an allowance, a usage budget before blocking kicks in. For example, allow yourself 30 minutes of Instagram before it gets blocked. If you stay within your budget, the app never blocks.
Three types: daily schedules for 24 hour sessions, recurring weekly schedules for specific days, and instant timers for quick focus blocks.

Blacklist blocks only the apps you select. Whitelist blocks everything except the apps you select.
You can lock sessions to prevent stopping them early, but an emergency recovery code is always available for safety.
Use the contact form with "App Support" as the subject and we'll help you recover access.
